You would like to have a personalised KWON myDesign product bearing the motif of your choice for a surcharge of 15 Euro per piece? That’s how easy it is:

1. Go to the product site of the desired article.
2. Do not put it in the basket, but use the button “Personalisation Options“ (see image hereunder).
3. Fill out the form and upload your design/logo/photo together with it.

• Orders of up to 5 KWON myDesign products will be shipped in Germany (if on stock) within 4 working days following printing or embroidering approval or order confirmation.
• Orders of up to 50 KWON myDesign products will be shipped in Germany (if on stock) within 14 days following printing or embroidering approval or order confirmation.

Image Requirements

File Types: PDF, JPG, PNG or vector graphics (EPS, AI, CDR, SVG).

For optimal quality, the file transferred containing your motif should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (max. 20 MB).

In addition, we recommend the use of sufficiently large font types and to refrain from using filigree elements. In cases, where the motif is too complex or too filigree, the file will be adapted for print.

For printing, we need to have your data in the CMYK colour model. Data containing another colour space will be converted automatically. This may cause minor changes in colour.

You are not sure, whether your data is suited for print?

No problem, our graphics team verifies the data prior to printing. Where necessary in order to ensure the best possible result, minor corrections will be made for you free of charge. Where a file is difficult to process, we will propose a solution and send it to you as print preview. As a general rule, we advise to generate your data in accordance with the above mentioned specifications.

Please check the file for any spelling mistakes prior to transferring it to us. We do not check for correct spelling and do not assume any responsibility or liability for errors in the content of your file.

Personalised products are exempt from any exchange!

Personalisations are a separate offline order. Therefore, they shall be paid in advance or by credit card.
